Iran's Embassy in Mexico on Thursday issued a statement calling on international community to defend the rights of the oppressed Palestinian people.

The statement, issued in Mexico City, condemned atrocities and crackdown by Israeli regime against innocent Palestinian children, women and men, urging world nations to support the oppressed nation.

It further emphasized the steadfast stance of the Islamic Republic of Iran in supporting the rights of the oppressed nation, the name of Palestine will once more emerge in maps of world countries in near future.

Pointing to the 60-year-long crimes of Israeli regime against Palestinians through unconditional supports and plots of the arrogant powers, it noted that the fake regime attempts to displace the Palestinian people from their home and land in a bid to proceed with its hegemonic objectives in the region.

The statement also slammed Israeli state terrorism which has been proved to the international community, as well as massacre, apartheid and holocaust against Palestinians.

The Tel Aviv regime imposed several wars to the region during the 60 year of its make-believe establishment, it read.

Bombarding rural and urban areas in Palestine, threatening regional countries, kidnapping Iranian diplomats in Lebanon, developing atomic weapons, defying international nuclear
non-proliferation treaties, violating human rights are among other crimes, perpetrated by Israel, the statement added.
