Israel-60th Anniversary-Land Ownership
The process of changing the ownership of Palestinians' lands, and their continuous confiscation by Tel Aviv regime is worth proper heeding, since the matter revels the real nature of international Zionism's Project, and its Western supporters, or the neo-colonialist powers.

BEFORE 1848 WAR
Occupation of Palestine in 1948 was the peak of a move that had been plotted many years before that date, for residing the world Jews in Palestine. Before the year 1882, only eight thousand Jews lived in that land. The first wave of Jews' immigration that began in the year 1882 and continued till 1903, relying on strong support of the International Zionism, was called "Hovevi Zion".

During Hovevi Zion some 35 thousand Jews immigrated to Palestine.

The Second wave of immigration took place between the years 1904 and 1914, whose result was the entry of 40 thousand more immigrant Jews into Palestine.

In continuation of the same trend, between the years 1919 and 1923 some 40 thousand, and between 1924 and 1939, 250 thousand more Jews immigrated to Palestine. Likewise,during the sixth wave of Jews' immigration into Palestine, that is to day from 1939 to 1948, some 150 thousand more Jews entered Palestine.

Based on above mentioned statistics, in the year 1948, 608,255 Jews were living in Palestine, while the entire lands they owned was 1,585,365 "donems", that equaled only 7% of that land's properties, and the Palestinians' population was 1,400,000.

In the year 1947 in accordance with a UN resolution Palestine's lands were divided between the Arabs and the Jews, and 56% of Palestine's historic lands were thus easily gifted to the Jews! That was under such conditions that the land ownership documents of 80% of the lands allocated to the Jews in accordance with that unjust resolution were in the hands of Palestinians.

Based on that resolution, 725,000 Palestinian Arabs were to side on one side of Palestine and 10,000 immigrant Jews, both in the Arabic, and in the Jewish side of it!
AFTER 1948
During the 1948 War, the Israeli forces observed a racial cleansing in 531 Palestinian villages, and destroyed the buildings in those villages to the ground after that brutal and criminal act of war.

In that year 58% of the residents of Palestine in occupied lands in 1948, equal to 78% of the entire land of Palestine, whose population was over 840,000 Palestinians, were forced to emigrate out of their lands.

At that time Israel seized 17,187,000 "donems" of Palestinians' lands and only 150,000 Palestinians remained in occupied lands, of whom 15,000 were brutally massacred.

In the years between 1950 and mid 50s, the Zionists seized 70% of the Palestinian owned lands.

In the year 1950 the Zionist regime's Knest ratified a law based on which anyone that had before, during and after the 1948 war not been present at lands occupied during the 1948 War, regardless of the reason why he had not been present there, his lands were to be confiscated!
Also, based on another strange law, called the Lands Confiscation Law, ratified in the year 1953, ownership of Arabs' lands was regarded as legal, needless of any reasoning!
