MP welcomes freedom of Lebanese captives from Israeli cells

Tehran, July 16, IRNA

Iran-Lebanon-Jahangirzadeh
An Iranian lawmaker on Wednesday welcomed freedom of Lebanese captives from Israeli jails and said it is a landmark event.

"Freedom of Lebanese prisoners marks biggest event in chronology of relations among Zionists, Lebanese and Palestinians in the resistance calendar. It also marks a highly important victory for Hizbollah," said member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Javad Jahangirzadeh here on Wednesday.

Jahangirzadeh said the issue is worth elaborating from two angles:
Hizbollah resistance which reaped the victory and Zionists' weakness and humiliation.

He said Hizbollah wants to consolidate national unity.

"Today, Hizbollah is symbol of national unity in Lebanon, Arab unity in the region and Islamic unity worldwide. These are the big victories which should be endeared by Hizbollah."
