Iraq's Ambassador to Tehran Mohammad Majid al-Sheikh on Tuesday condemned the terrorist attack against Iranian diplomats in his country.

Making the condemnation at a visit with the diplomats at the hospital in Tehran, al-Sheikh said that the Iraqi government including all various parties condemns every sort of criminal acts against the friendly neighboring country.

He also noted that the crimes, aimed at targeting good and neighborly relations between Iraq and Iran, are slammed and can not harm the brotherly ties.

The Iraqi envoy went for a visit to the wounded diplomats, who are hospitalized in Tehran after coming back home.

He expressed congratulation to the families of the diplomats on their safety and prayed for their immediate recovery.

He asked them to resume mission in Iraq against the sinister wishes of terrorists and their ringleaders.
