Foreign Ministry spokesman, Mohammad-Ali Hosseini, said on Sunday that Iran's foreign policy is based on non-intervention in domestic affairs of other countries.

On Tehran-Cairo bilateral cooperation, he told reporters that the two countries are willing to upgrade their relations at regional and international level.

He stressed that there are some obstacles in the way of expansion of bilateral political ties that will be settled soon.

On Iran's incentive package, he said the package will be presented after it is completed.

Details of the package will be presented to the world after it is worked out, Hosseini noted.
