Iran-Syria-Mottaki
Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki is due in Syria on Thursday at the head of a delegation, said Iran's Charge D'Affaires to Syria Masoud Hosseinian on Wednesday.

Hosseinian told IRNA that Mottaki is to meet and confer with senior Syrian officials on regional and international issues and bilateral ties.

He said Mottaki will leave Syria on Thursday.

Mottaki on Wednesday embarked on a three-nation tour of West Asia which will take him to Oman, Syria and Turkey.

Mottaki and his entourage will in the visits meet and confer with senior officials of the states on regional and international developments, the two-way ties and ways of expanding mutual cooperation.

He will also talk with the officials on agenda of the upcoming Non-Aligned Movement Foreign Ministers' session.
