An Iranian parliamentary official said Friday that Iran's nuclear rights are non-negotiable.

"Nuclear rights of Iranian nation can not be negotiated; so, we have fully challenging talks on the nuclear issue ahead," said member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Javad Jahangirzadeh in an interview with IRNA, while noting that international powers are not the least willing to officially recognize nuclear rights of the Iranian nation.

Jahangirzadeh said, "Talks are good in nature and will clear Iran of charges that it refuses to take part in talks. The benefits and harmful points of the talks, though, should be made clear." He said that not all talks are absolutely positive and the point is that negotiations and avoiding improper behaviors are naturally a well-established facts in the minds of global community.

"In my opinion, the move the Islamic Republic has taken for talks is positive and forward looking."
He added that he believed that talks are the least costly method for restoration of Iran's rights.

"Iran has since the beginning not had any problem with dialogue.

The core of problem lied on pre-conditions which have to a large extent stopped with start of a new trend."
