Iran-Azarbaijan
The joint meeting of Iran and Azerbaijan on shipping cooperation opened in Tehran Sunday.

The 3-day meeting aims to bolster bilateral shipping ties, develop marine and ports transportation, prevent oil pollution and carry out joint search and rescue operations by the two countries.

Developing marine transportation in the Caspian Sea, joint investment in the field of goods transit, utilizing the potential of two countries for the North-South international transportation corridor will also be discussed.
