Iran-Ecuador-Cooperation
Iran's Deputy Minister of Agriculture Jihad Vahid Zare on Wednesday held talks with the Ecuadorian minister of agriculture on boosting of mutual fisheries cooperation.

Zare said that Caspian Sea in northern Iran and the Persian Gulf in southern part of the country are of great importance to Iranian fishermen.

He added that Iran has valuable experiences in fish breeding as well as conservation of caviar which can be shared with the Ecuadorian side.

Ecuador's minister of agriculture, livestock, fisheries and aquaculture, for his part, said that the two countries enjoy extensive cooperation the field of fisheries.

He expressed his country's readiness to ink an agreement on fisheries cooperation with Iran.
