Iran-Sudan-Hosseini
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Mohammad-Ali Hosseini here on Tuesday condemned the recent raid on Omdurman, Khartoum's twin city across the River Nile.

Hosseini voiced the Islamic Republic's support for the legitimate government of Sudan, calling for resolving Sudanese conflicts peacefully.

"Iran is against any kind of violence as a means to control others," he said.

Hosseini also expressed the Islamic Republic's readiness to help Sudan establish peace and security in the country.
