Iran-Nuclear-Moussavi
Iran will remain committed to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) under any condition, said an Iranian Foreign Ministry official in Manama, Bahrain, on Tuesday.
"All Iran's nuclear activities are peaceful and there is no diversion from the right course as has been testified in IAEA documents," said Director General of Foreign Ministry's Institute for Political and International Studies Rasoul Mousavi at a Seminar on Nuclear Technology in Service of Arab States.
Mousavi said what is being claimed now about Iran's nuclear program is politically motivated.
As a responsible power, the Islamic Republic of Iran is willing to contribute to regional and global security within the framework of its rights and duties and wants to play its constructive role, he added.
Iran's view on energy is the diversification of resources and it has made bright achievements in fields such as dam building, he added.
