Iran-France-Paintball
Iran's paintball team left for France late Monday to participate in the 3rd Intercontinental Competition on Tuesday.

Some 10 teams are participating in the two-day event.

The Iranian team includes Hamed Ashori, Afshin Aflaton, Adel Ala Savand, Amir-Hossein Doost Haqiqi, Sina Farzanfar, Yashar Hejazi, Shahin Akbarian Tabari, Parham Nazari, Nima Zomorodi, Amir Shaiekholeslam, Reza Badrian, and Babak Esmaeili.

Iran's paintball team won the 2007 Asian Paintball Championship.

The four-round tournament kicked off in Taiwan with 17 teams from nine countries.

The Iranian team was the winner in both the first and second rounds, while it ranked second in the third round and gained the highest total score.

Iran also took the first place in the 2006 Asian Paintball Championship.
