India-Germany-Naval Exercises
A joint naval exercise between the navies of India and Germany began Tuesday off the coast of Kochi in Kerala state.

According to All India Radio (AIR) report, INS Tir and INS Krishna of Indian Navy and German Navy's FGS Hamburg, FGS Koln, and FGS Berlin are taking part in the exercise .

Briefing media persons on board FGS Hamburg in Kochi, the Captain of the German Task Group Michael Budde said the joint exercise will include seamanship exercises, change of personnel between the two navies and helicopter flying.
